1795 Hockey Collective
The NIL Collective Supporting
Union College Men's Ice Hockey
We facilitate NIL partnerships between Union College student-athletes, charities and non-profits, business owners, and the local community — so the players who wear the garnet can build something that lasts beyond the rink.

What We Do
Three ways we back the roster
Branding & Guidance
We assist athletes in developing their brands, expanding their social media presence, ensuring NCAA compliance, and cultivating revenue opportunities that fit a student-athlete's schedule.
Community Engagement
We foster connections between athletes and the community through charitable partnerships and local business sponsorships.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We connect student-athletes with corporate supporters and build agreements that are genuinely mutually beneficial — real value for the business, real support for the player.
Our Mission
Support Schenectady.
Support Student-Athletes.
Support Community.
The 1795 Hockey Collective was established to support Union College Men's Hockey student-athletes in the evolving NIL era.
We operate as a dedicated platform connecting student-athletes with alumni, fans, and local partners to create meaningful NIL opportunities. 100% of all contributions go directly toward NIL opportunities for current Union College men's hockey student-athletes.
